The short version. Nebulacraft Labs does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Everything you enter into our apps stays on your device. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no server for your data to travel to.
Who this covers
This policy applies to every iOS app published by Nebulacraft Labs Ltd., including Embly and Unstuck.
What we collect
Nothing. We have no analytics service, no crash-reporting service, no advertising SDK, and no third-party trackers of any kind. Our apps contain no networking code — they cannot send your information anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Where your data lives
The habits, notes, timers, and settings you create are written to your device's private app storage and stay there. We cannot see them. Nobody at Nebulacraft Labs can read what you record.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, iOS may include our apps' data in your device backup. That backup is between you and Apple under Apple's privacy policy — we have no access to it.
Usage information inside the app
Some of our apps keep a small on-device record of your own activity — for example, that a habit was completed, or that a streak was broken — so the app can show you your progress and history.
This information never leaves your device. It contains no names, no free text, and nothing identifying: only which kind of event occurred and when. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
Data you export yourself
Our apps let you export your own data — a full backup of your habits and history — through the standard iOS share sheet, so you can save it to Files, AirDrop it, or send it anywhere you like. This is the one path by which your data can leave your device, and you are the one who opens it.
Once you have exported a file and sent it somewhere, it is governed by whatever service you sent it to, not by this policy. Our involvement ends when the share sheet closes.
Purchases
Embly offers a one-time lifetime unlock and two auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Whichever you choose, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple Account. We receive only Apple's confirmation that a purchase for this device is valid. Purchases are covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Managing, cancelling, or requesting a refund for a subscription all happen in your Apple Account settings, not in the app — we have no ability to see or change your subscription status, only whether this device is currently entitled to the paid features.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. They are not push notifications — no server is involved and no information is transmitted to set one.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and since we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or erase.
Your data is in your hands: you can delete any habit or entry inside the app, and deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. If a future release ever collects anything, we will say so here plainly and before it ships.
